Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at iisense. We value your business and strive to provide high-quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to ensure you understand our process.

1. Return Window

We have a 3-day return policy. This means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Because our products are shipped internationally, we strictly enforce this window to ensure efficient processing. Requests made after this 3-day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at zoe@iisense.co within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Designated Carrier: You must use our designated logistics carrier for the return shipment. Returns sent via unauthorized carriers may not be accepted or processed.

  4. Shipping Costs: All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at zoe@iisense.co right away so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Sale items or gift cards.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Refunds

Once your return reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

  • Inspection & Approval: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours.

  • Payment Method: The refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method.

  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that it may take additional time (5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
