SHIPPING
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. We Provide worldwide shipping 7-15 business days via Yuntu Express. Tracking number will be provided when the purchase is made. Please email info@iisense.co with any inquiries.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
Exchange requests will be accepted regarding to sizing issues, and return requests regarding to quality issues.
If you wish to return an item that is eligible for return, please contact info@iisense.co to initiate the return process. Returns must be authorized by a customer service representative. If your purchase is eligible for return, a customer service representative will provide instructions for return and a return authorization form that must be included with your return shipment. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of package delivery, and shipped within 3 days of your receipt of the return authorization form.
Items must be in original, unworn condition, including original packaging and hang tag on, to be accepted for return. In the event of noncompliance, we reserve the right to deny refund to customer without prior return approval.
